How to report a scam or fraud

If you've spotted a scam, received a suspicious link or message, or believe you've been defrauded, please report it. Reporting helps us protect you and others.
Report it to Moov Money
Email us at help@moov.money with as much detail as you can:
What happened and when.
The amount involved, if any.
Any suspicious phone numbers, messages, or links (copy the text; don't click the link again).
Whether you shared any information or sent any money.
Do not include your full card number, PIN, banking password, or one-time codes in your message.
If you've already lost money or shared information
Act quickly: 📄 What to do if you think you've been scammed
Stop any further payments and don't share more information.
Cancel the payment if it hasn't been claimed yet.
Contact your bank or debit card issuer.
Report the scam to us and to the authorities.
Report to authorities
For scams and fraud, you can also file a report with:
Your local law enforcement.
In the US, the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Remember, Moov will never ask you for your one-time code, ask you to send money back to release a payment, or charge a fee to receive money.
