When you contact us, it helps to include:
A short description of what happened.
The approximate date and amount of the payment.
Whether you were the sender or the recipient.
Please don't share your full card number, PIN, online banking password, or any one-time verification code. We will never ask you for these.

Cancel a payment that hasn't been claimed yet
Fix a failed transfer by trying a different debit card
