What happens if my payment isn't claimed

Every Moov Money claim link is valid for 10 days. If the recipient doesn't open the link and complete the steps to receive the money within that time, the payment expires.

What "expired" means

• The recipient can no longer use the link to claim the money.

• The money is not sent.

• If the recipient opens an expired link, they'll see a message asking them to have you resend the payment.

What to do next

If the recipient still needs the money, simply start a new payment and share a fresh link. Each new payment gets its own link that's valid for another 10 days.

Good to know

• You don't need to cancel an unclaimed payment, it expires on its own after 10 days.

• If you want to stop a payment before then, you can cancel it while it's still unclaimed.
